Shipping Policy

Shipping Within the U.S.

  • Firearms are shipped only to verified FFL dealers as required by federal law. You must provide your dealer’s information at checkout.

  • Ammunition and accessories may ship directly to your address in compliance with state and local laws.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier availability.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

International Shipping (Including Europe)

  • We do ship internationally, including to European countries.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the import laws of their country.

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

FFL Requirements

  • All firearm purchases must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer.

  • You may either select a dealer from our network or provide your preferred dealer’s information.

  • Buyers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

Returns & Exchanges

Firearms

  • All firearm sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns on firearms unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • If a firearm arrives damaged, DO NOT accept the transfer. Contact us immediately.

Non-Firearm Products (Ammunition, Parts, Accessories)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

  • All returns must be authorized by our team. Email returns@megashotgun.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for unauthorized or late returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include clear photos of the damage and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
